What is the check-in process?
The suite uses a smart lock keypad — you'll receive your personal code before arrival so you can check yourself in any time after 3:00 PM, without needing to coordinate with the host.
Is parking available?
Yes — free street parking is available directly outside the suite, with no permits required.
How far is it to Banff?
The suite is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes to Banff via Stoney Trail, making it an ideal base for Rocky Mountain day trips to Banff and Canmore.
Can I do laundry during my stay?
Absolutely. The suite includes a private in-unit washer and dryer combo, complimentary for your use throughout your stay.
Is early check-in or late checkout possible?
